Party Time with "Happy Hour"

Here is a fun and new way to use that new Stampin' Up stamp set, Happy Hour!

What a great idea for those warm summer parties, for gift giving or a wine tasting at your home.
I used Inkjet Printer Shrinky Dinks, Happy Hour stamp set, hoop earrings, and beads of all colors.

First I used the large scallop circle punch and punched out the shape on the Shrinky Dink material.  Then using the Stampin' Up! markers, I colored in the images I wanted to use.  You need to make sure that you use a hole puncher to make your hole at the top BEFORE you heat the paper in the oven.  After following the directions on the Shrinky Dink package I then sprayed a gloss sealant on top and set them out to dry.  The final step was to add the beads and earring hoop through the hole and Voila!!  You are ready to party!!

I hope you enjoy this fun and easy project!!

Fun Summer Flip Flops

Here is my fun and simple project that you can do for just a few dollars and in just a few minutes!!  It's a great gift for any little girl, high school/college student or friend.  Fun Fabric Flip Flops!  Say that five times fast!  LOL!!  All I used were a pair of flip flops I found at Target in their dollar section and Stampin' Up! Twitterpated Desgner Fabrics.

I cut about 16 strips, 7 1/2 inches by 3/4 inches, from each of the three styles of fabric in the Twitterpated Designer Fabric.
Then just tied them around the plastic thong top of the flip flop, alternating the fabrics.  I used pinking shears for a more decorative edge.

So much fun to make, cute and fun to wear!!!
Hope you enjoy this fun and simple summer project!

Look for more new projects coming soon, using all brand new Stampin' Up! products!

Happy Stamping!!

In Color samples

I finally sat down with these yummy new 2012-2014 In Color papers and inks and created these clean and simple cards.  I used the new Apothecary Accents Framelits, and the Beautiful Wings Embosslits.  So sweet and simple!  Can't wait to have it out at my Open House this Friday.

This next picture is of rewards I made for my VBS group for this week at camp.  Again I used the 2012-2014 In Color papers and inks.  Very simple but attractive!  My kiddos LOVED them, probably because they were accompanied with a Jolly Rancher! :-)  This stamp set is a recently retired set called Little Lambs, adorable!  I'll miss this set!

Again, a little teaser.  Keep on the lookout here for a fun and simple way to create with our Designer Fabrics!  I hope you enjoyed seeing a few ways to use our new In Colors!  I just LOVE them!!
